Official Update on AESF e-Masters Chengdu Tournament
Following a thorough evaluation, extensive consultation and recommendations from public health experts groups and local authority of the host city of Chengdu, the AESF hereby regrettably, announce the deferment of the inaugural AESF e-Masters Chengdu tournament to 2021.

This decision is a direct follow up to our earlier assessment to postpone the said tournament until further notice due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. However, rest assured that plans to conclude the tournament are still on track, as we are currently processing a proposal of revised plan by LOC on the 1st AEF e-Masters Chengdu 2020.

The AESF maintains that we are committed to see the e-Masters through the very end, concluding what promises to be a long-term annual tournament benefiting the Asian esports scene on every level.

That said, ensuring the welfare and safety of the participating teams and athletes, fans and LOC is always the first priority for AESF. Therefore, please allow us to diligently monitor the situation and will resume the tournament once all safety criterias are met.

We will keep you informed of any changes as we progress and wholly appreciate your understanding in advance and support to AESF in regards to this matter.
