Two Scenes, One Common Goal
The Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) and the World Football Summit (WFS) has come to a mutual understanding which would mark the start of a more cohesive and productive relationship between the two organizations.
Following a series of meets in late February held in Madrid, AESF Director General, Mr Sebastian Lau, on behalf of the AESF President, Mr. Kenneth Fok, signed an MoU with the WFS which not only sets to strengthen the working relationship, but also establish a well-rounded strategic cooperative partnership between the parties. This in turn, creates a common platform for stakeholders to promote their content. Specifically, the MoU entails the sharing of expertise, resources and enhancing the development of both the parties, in football and Esports.
Through this mutually beneficial relationship, the AESF and WFS will work together to optimize the benefits from the mutual interests in fostering and developing Esports discussion at the World Football Summit.

Under the terms of this memorandum of understanding, the AESF and WFS seek to serve as strategic commercial partners for each other, co-organize Esports sessions or programs and act mutually as advocates for the development and scientific research of Esports.
AESF’s latest link formed with the WFS is one of the many symbiotic relationships established in hopes of spearheading and growing the Esports scene. In spirit of togetherness and shared objective of making each scene involved excel, the AESF look forward in growing its network and linking-up with more like-minded organizations in the near future, starting with WFS Asia which is set to take place in Kuala Lumpur, from 29-30th April 2019.
